I attended the ICN WA posing workshop yesterday in Bunbury run by Ryan and Aggy in preparation for the upcoming ICN South West natural bodybuilding championships. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience — although I quickly discovered that posing is a lot more work than it looks! It certainly highlighted just how much more practice I have ahead of me before stepping back on stage.
What I particularly appreciated was the opportunity to share the space with other natural athletes, all working hard toward their own goals and looking incredibly well prepared. I wish every one of them the very best and hope they do themselves proud on the day.
A big thank you to Ryan, Aggy and the ICN WA team for their time, encouragement and expertise, and for continuing to lead the way and provide a genuine stage for natural bodybuilding in Australia. I’m very grateful to be part of the journey.
